The National Center for Community Rehabilitation held a seminar about dealing with children under crisis and pressure for the mothers whose children suffer from speech , and hearing problem, wherein the seminar was attended by 53 mothers at the center.

     The seminar basically handled the most significant psychological phenomena and concerns, facing the children as a natural result of what our Palestinian people is going through. The psychologist at the center tackled the negative impact of our conditions on the children unless we deal with them in a good manner. She added that the mother should be able to deal with her child under such conditions of crisis and pressure, and to be the source of affection for her children. 

     Discussion was broached for the mothers whereas they asserted on the magnitude of such a meeting at this critical time. They put forward the major issues and problems they face when dealing with their children , additionally to their own experience in dealing with their children on particular  points in which the psychologist provided the  mothers with the optimal guidelines for dealing with their children.        

   This seminar falls under the frame of the awareness seminars conducted by the NCCR periodically under with a view to elevate levels of the woman's awareness about the needs and concerns of the disabled people.
