::: NCCR Honors Ideal Employee and Distinguished Employees for 2007:::

    Falling under the periodical monthly meeting ,  the National Center for Community Rehabilitation honored the ideal employee for the year 2007 in addition to some distinguished employees. The event implies under the annual ceremonies , conducted  by the center as motivations to its employees in an effect to improve the performance and create a sense of righteous competition that achieves the best for psychically disabled and deaf people in terms of services and assistance provided. The meeting was attended by the center's administration, employees, and workers whereas many topics were handled including action plans of 2007, advantages and disadvantages , and suggestions for the upcoming year .

     Miss. Sawsan Al-Khaleely, coordinator of the handcrafts workshop, was honored as the ideal employee for 2007, in recognition and appreciation of her fruitful endeavors and prodigious performance in serving the disabled. Furthermore, the centre  conferred honor upon the distinguished employees : Deyaa Abu Zaid, coordinator of  Khanyounis branch, Layal Ayyash , coordinator of speech-language programs, Reem Al Suici , financial coordinator, and Doa'a Hassouna , Secretary of the center in Gaza  for their  privileged performance, their high belonging, and their adherence with regulations and rules of the center. Also, certificates of honor were distributed on the ideal employee and the distinguished employees beside granting the ideal employee a month salary while the others were granted a symbolic financial reward.

     Khaled Abu Zaid, chairman of the center, pointed out that conferring honor upon those employees had positively affected r the center and its services. Honoring the ideal and distinguished members created a sense of lofty competition among the center's employees, and the center would adopt that ceremony in its annual agenda as way for improving the center and raising the quality of performance. Abu Zaid concluded the meeting.
