A
delegation from Career Institute, presented by chairwoman
Lobna El-Najar and training director Dr. Ziad Koraz, visited
the National Center for Community Rehabilitation and met
with different program's, administrative and financial
coordinators of the Centre. The visit aimed at defining the
needs of each project for improving administrative and
personal skills of those who work in it, and trying to reach
the best performance in the Centre.
Mr.
Khalid Abu-Zaid welcome the delegation and insisted on the
Centre's attitude towards cooperation and enhancing the
abilities of the personnel of the Centre and, consequently,
the services offered to the disabled; based on optimal
criteria. Abu- Zaid added that associations are in an
ongoing need to training and promotion for their members in
an effect to reinforce their capabilities and to cope with
the most recent developments.
Mr.
Karraz appraised the Centre's attitude towards improving the
personnel of the Centre, then he negotiated with the
coordinators about the desired training fields in reference
to their own job description.
Concluding the first meeting, the parties agreed on
conducting further meeting to attain a list of the Centre's
needs in terms of training development. Likewise, Mr. Abu-Zaid
appreciated Career's initiative for training and fostering
capabilities of the crews working at the NCCR
