The National Center for Community Rehabilitation participated in the third creative forum that was held by Community College for Applied Science and Technology, concurrently with International Day of The Disabled. The forum witnessed the attendance of Eng. Jamal Al- Khodari, the head of board of trustees, Mr. Khaled Al- Hindi , the secretary of  board of trustees, Dr. Yahya Al- Sarraj, The Dean of the college, Eng. Ahmed Abdel A'al, the coordinator of applied science, Mr. Mahmoud Hmaid, the head of rehabilitation science, additionally to vice-dean members, heads of departments, representatives of rehabilitation societies, hundreds of  Palestinian disabled, and tens of the college students and staffs.

      The forum started on 4/12/2007 , and continued for three days including a lot of cultural, recreational, and scientific activities with the participation of  tens of the disabled and interested people.

     The NCCR participated in the exhibition held by the college for the disabled people's productions , whereas many rehabilitation societies, and innovative disabled participated in this exhibition. Dabka band of the center took part in chairs dancing . It is noteworthy that the festival included some distinguished artistry clauses which were performed by the disabled themselves in which they reflected an expressive performance, and tender sense.
