:::Representative Office of  The Netherlands Visits NCCR:::

The National Center for Community Rehabilitation received a delegation from the representative of The Netherlands in charge of Mr. Frans Makken, head of the office. The delegation was received by Khaled Abu Zaid, chairman of the NCCR ,the administrative crew of the center, a delegation from the Dutch foundation, Kifaia, and a delegation from the Dutch senate. Mr. Makken visited the center on the accompany of two crews of the Dutch TV., aiming to be acquainted with the center, and its services offered to the physically disabled , and deaf people in all governorates of Gaza.

Mr. Makke extended his pleasure for the endeavors , accomplished by the center to improve and develop the rehabilitative , and educational programs and services allocated for the physically disabled, and deaf people in Gaza. Likewise, he appraised the center's role in fostering community awareness about issues and rights of the disabled. Afterwards, Mr. Makken along with the administrative crew, Kifaia foundation team, and the Dutch T.V   accompanied the medical team of the center for home visits to many physically disabled people, in an effort to convey the Dutch community  the fait accompli of the disabled in Palestine, to support the steadfastness of the Palestinian people, and to show the effects of the siege imposed on the Palestinian people and its impacts on the disabled in particular . At the end of the meeting, Mr. Khaled Abu Zaid thanked the representative, and the whole delegation for their ongoing support to the Palestinian people's steadfastness against the severe siege.
