The National Center for Community
Rehabilitation held a meeting with trainees of "Social
Leadership" course which the NCCR held last November in
cooperation with Kraan & Andreae association. The meeting
included a Dutch delegation represented by Anja Meulenbelt,
senator of the Dutch Congress, and Mr. Yan, specialist of
training in Kraan and Andereae association, and Dr. Joes
Meens, specialist of giving home care courses, and Mr. Yacob,
specialist of administrative training, and Mr. Deny de Jong,
specialist of strategies. The meeting handled opinions of
the trainees about what they benefited from the previous
training under the hardships they face as Palestinian
individuals, and how much they shared what they learned with
their families, coworkers, and even their friends. After
that, a suggestion posed by the Dutch delegation about
holding a series of training courses in 2008 was discussed,
and the majority approved the idea. At the end of the
meeting, the Dutch delegation thanked the participants and
promised to take in consideration what was discussed in the
meeting, and to send a training plan for the NCCR.
