The project is founded on developing the deaf children teaching program at the center by supplying it with 2 units of oral teaching , equipped with all needed devices and materials. The devices operate sufficiently whereas they create an apt learning atmosphere for the children in which the devices prevent the existence of noise from the surrounding environment . As a result , the child can attain information sound, and complete that promotes the educational level of the children by virtue  of  distinguished didactic services presented to the deaf children after fitting the suitable hearing aids for them. Likewise, speech/language enrichment sessions will bed held for the deaf children to be able to express themselves ,and communicate with their families and the society.

It's postulated that theories of oral education are highly recommended than sign language education, and the comprehensive education theories; that recent researches referred to the significance of using the oral education approaches for the deaf children.

   Deaf children aged 4-8 years old who have been provided with a hearing aid for one year without any associated disabilities , particularly mental or visual disabilities. More importantly, the deaf child has to be followed up by a dedicated person from his family. Priority is  given to needy and sizable families.

* Levels of educational  retardation of the deaf children were decreased; 

* Linguistic and vocal capabilities of the deaf children were developed via using the approaches of oral education .

* The deaf children were more interactive in their society that eases their chance to be integrated into the local community.

 Raising the educational level of the deaf children through enabling them to attain the vocal language , and the curriculums of  normal children by equipping the center with two units of oral education.
