1.Five demonstrations -of disabled people, their families and other advocates-were held in front of the concerned ministries and the Palestinian Legislative Council PLC calling upon implementing the disabled law.

2. A needs assessment was made to determine the disabled needs in the yellow areas, since they become reachable and possibly accessible.

3. An entertaining festival was held to merge the disabled and their family in this event, so they can get known to each others, and exchange experiences and psychological support for knowing similar cases.

4. The NCCR held a training course about early detection of speech/ language and hearing problems of the children. The training course targeted 15 of the graduates of the Societal Rehabilitation Faculties, and it lasted for two months.

5. Two training courses in teaching Signal Language were held for the mothers of deaf children. Other interested people from the local community were involved in the training, the beneficiaries of theses two courses were 45, and each training course lasted for 1 whole month.

6. The NCCR has distributed assistive devices and dippers on 570 disabled in Khan Younis, the aids coasted 150,000$ funded by Rafeed program-US aid.

7. Five social sessions were held for raising awareness about the disabled right in participating in the elections, and also their right in being nominated. The center raised the awareness of 220 disabled people in these sessions.

8. Mr. Khaled Abu Zaid has presented a lecture in a Anti Terrorism Conference in Egypt.

9. Kifaia Foundation team has made 3 training courses for the Home Care teams.

10. On the occasion of the Feter Holly Eid, an entertainment party was held for deaf children who receive rehabilitation and educational services from the NCCR center.

11. The center held training courses for the medical crews working in home care programs for the physically disabled people. The courses were conducted by Dutch specialists under the supervision of Kifaia Foundation the supports the center annually.

12. Four training meetings were accomplished for the families of the disabled people on the basics of home care for the disabled. The meetings were made in Gaza and Khanyounis branches .

13. 19 lectures were implemented on raising the awareness about the early observation of disability and then the early intervention. The lectures targeted 320 mothers.

14. The center distributed corporeal assistance including foodstuff and financial subsidy for 320 families of the disabled people.

15. Two publications were issued of ALSAFWA magazine which is a periodical magazine concerned  with the disabled people where it sheds the light on their problems . More over, the magazine tackles with the activities implemented by associations of rehabilitation.

16. Six disabled people were helped by covering their university fees.

17. Many meetings were held for specialists and interested people on the awareness about sexually transmitted diseases .

18. Home care services ( Medical and psychological) were provided to 145 disabled children in the southern governorate, and it was funded by KINDERPOSTZEGELS

19. The NCCR provided awareness sessions to 25 specialists and interested people about the sexually transmitted diseases.
